Following professional City and Guilds qualifications in both ‘Bakery and Confectionery’ and ‘Cake Decoration and Design’ with Distinction in London 1982 and various awards including the Renshaw Cup for Best Student, Ann is committed to maintaining her reputation for quality and excellence and is highly regarded as an artistic cake designer.

From the initial concept, with maybe a sketch or two, the recipes – using only the finest of ingredients, through to the final creation – with exceptional attention to detail, Ann will provide a personal, friendly and professional service – to put your mind at ease.

She is privileged to be a preferred supplier at numerous prestigious venues including Amberley Castle in West Sussex and her cakes have featured in numerous publications including Wedding Day, You and Your Wedding, Wedding Flowers and Sussex Life Magazine, amongst others.
